We are a Trainer Courses Ltd Approved Centre providing training for the health, social care and other sectors. We have well qualified and experienced registered trainers.

We have brand new equipment and a spacious 112 sq m. training room which allows for social distancing rules to apply comfortably.

Areas Covered

  • State their obligations and that of their employers regarding manual handling
  • Understanding the consequences of poor manual handling practice
  • The actions to be taken in the event of a manual handling manoeuvre being required within their working environment
  • Identifying the correct manoeuvre for use on a range of different manual handling situations.

Target Population:

  • All staff who may be called upon to undertake moving & handling in the course of their duties.

Duration:

  • Theory + Practical = 6 Hours
